On April 29, 2025, SDCLS had the pleasure of attending the 4th Annual Refugee Resource & Job Fair at Grossmont College. The event, held in the college’s Main Quad, brought together a vibrant community of students, job seekers, and local organizations in support of refugees, undocumented individuals, international students, and community members—all in honor of Arab American Heritage Month.
We’re especially proud to share that our directors, Parvin and Daru, were present at the event, engaging with attendees, networking with partners, and offering support and guidance to those exploring career resources and opportunities.
The fair provided a great platform for connecting with local employers, gathering helpful information, and celebrating diversity within our community. It was inspiring to see so many individuals coming together in a welcoming and inclusive space.
