Our Participant Spotlight series celebrates individuals we serve and highlights what makes them unique. Today we are excited to feature Arturo, whose love for family, learning, and exploring the community shines through in everything he does.
Arturo enjoys spending time with the people he cares about most and discovering new experiences around San Diego. His positive outlook and enthusiasm for life remind us how meaningful everyday moments can be, whether it’s spending time with loved ones, exploring the city, or sharing kindness with others.
What makes you happiest?:
When I am with family, when I am playing with the family dog Archie.
What do you like the most about working with your staff?
We do fun stuff while also enjoying exploring San Diego together.
What are your hopes for the future?
Just have fun.
If you could travel anywhere, where you want to go?
San Diego. I love San Diego.
I want people to know:
I enjoy having fun, I enjoy learning new things. I love my brother Frank and his girlfriend Stevie, who both do an amazing job of taking care of me. I enjoy exploring San Diego and just giving hugs.
