San Diego Community Living Services Employment Program is dedicated to providing individuals with disabilities the support and guidance that they need in order to find a job that is commensurate with his/her skills and abilities. In order to accomplish this, we provide participants with the necessary pre-employment training designed to assist them in obtaining and retaining meaningful employment.
San Diego Community Living Services Employment Program staff members will carefully evaluate both the prospective employee and the job at hand in order to ensure that each person’s abilities and skills are matched to meet each specific employer’s needs.
By doing so this will ensure that the employment outcome is consistent with the individual’s strengths, priorities, needs, abilities, and capabilities so that each individual may work and become active and contributing members of their communities.
